I cannot find it here -> Presentation -> Themes.

WordPress.com and wordpress.org run on different software and we cannot help you here if you are not referring to a wordpress.com blog.

If you have a web host or if you are self hosting then you need to ask your question in the correct forum http://wordpress.org/support

Suffice to say that you will have to edit the css stylesheet in order to change the colour of the links and the bloggers at http://wordpress.org will tell you how to do that.
