If you've selected for your blog to be searchable (on your Dasboard options) it will get there eventually. Also, try checking MSN.com and Yahoo.com; they can sometimes be faster.

There's also Google Blogsearch but I'm not sure if you have to sign up for that. Can't hurt to check it out.
