			<description><![CDATA[<p>I'm also having this problem.  I use the Greyzed theme and have parent pages that show up along the top and the left-hand side of the blog.  Child pages are nested under the parent pages as follows:</p>
<p>Main (Parent) Page<br />
Chapter 1<br />
Chapter 2<br />
Chapter 3 ... 10</p>
<p>I just added Chapter 11 and it shows up as being published.  It also shows up as a nested page in the drop-down and side menus when I am logged in as the administrator, but disappears from both of those menus as soon as I log out.</p>
<p>I can access the page when I am logged out by linking to its permalink in a separate post.  But, like I said, I can't get the pages to show up as nested in the drop-down or side menus when logged out.</p>
<p>I sure hope someone can diagnose the problem as I am about to throw in the towel on blogging as a result of all the random weirdness that seems to strike WordPress from time to time.

			<description><![CDATA[<p>I have the same problem at <a href="http://www.birminghamcase.wordpress.com" rel="nofollow">http://www.birminghamcase.wordpress.com</a> - I created a new page called Birminghamt Education Conference, with 2 sub-pages - Programme &#38; Workshops. They exist on the dashboard and are listed as published  but they are not showing up on the blog.
