Okay if you don't care about how Googles views duplicate content and how that will affect your original content and pagerank on it then that's your choice. See:

Are you aware of what Google's position is on duplicate content and what the Panda algorithm does? It detects duplicate content. See here > http://support.google.com/webmasters/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=66359

i want to copy an existing wordpress site to a new one.

so i have http://www.abcitycapital.com/wordpress and i want to duplicate this and change some of the text to a new domain but keep the http://www.abcitycapital.com site.
