The video tutorial you are watching is not applicable. Here we have free blogs being free hosted by WordPress.com on a multiuser blogging platform. We have no FTPaccess and cannot upload themes or plugins. They are for WordPress.org installs. The only theme we can use are found here > Appearance > Themes
