Once it goes outside that grace period, it goes into "redemption" and then it costs tons more money to get it back. Once it goes out of redemption it is then available for anyone to purchase. Luckily for you no one else has claimed it so you can still buy it.

Just buy it like you would a new domain at store > store in your dashboard.
