I plan to make a new page that lists the archived issues, so they will be easily available.

Perhaps you would like to check out the customizable archives shortcode options we have. You create a static page and place the shortcode on it and publish it. Your archived linked titles to posts will be automatically provided on the page.

Once you have multiple posts, when someone goes to a particular post, then can then use those links to move forward or backward through your posts without having to go back to the main blog pages.

In the draft of the second one, it puts a line about the title with the title of that first post and a link to it. It positions it above the title of the new one I am working one. Not the best location for it.
