I read that before. But my issue isn't so much of recycling a blog name as it is reinstating a blog name to its only owner.

I deleted my personal blog when I first created my WordPress account and now I would like to get it back with the same Blog Name to act as my online portfolio. I saw that WordPress does not recycle Blog Names to different users, but since I am the original user I am wondering if my case would be an exception. I'd very much like to get the Blog Name back as it is the same as my username and email, which would make it consistent for employers to find my work.
