They are both premium blog accounts. When I tried the transfer in Store --> Domains, I received the following error:

The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.

I just upgraded the cimth.wordpress.com blog to premium about 1 hour ago. Do I need to wait more time to allow the system to update itself to allow the transfer?
