This is Hunter Thompson, please transfer the $13 domain mapping charge to pflagjune so she can pay it with the Chapter credit card yearly.

This has been done.

Hunter tells me that to the best of his understanding, this charge for mapping of domain pflagmd.org should not be a recurring charge.

As timethief says above, domain mapping is an annual charge.

If you need anything else, just let us know.

That's not true. Domain mapping is an annual upgrade that's in effect only for a single year when it is due to be renewed. See here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/

Thanks so much.

Now there is yet another little problem.
We have an upcoming charge which for $13. upcoming in the near future. At this time, It appears that Hunter Thompson is the only person who can pay it. I would also like to also have responsibility for this charge transferred to me (as the Treasurer of the organization)
If Hunter contacts you & confirms that this is OK, can you also transfer this expense to me ???

Thanks for confirming. I've transferred ownership of the Value Bundle for pflagmd.wordpress.com to pflagjune, who should now be able to either renew it manually, or reset the upgrade to auto-renew using new credit-card information.

Thanks for your help. This seems to be unnecessarily difficult. Could this not be set up to allow more than one person access to paying for upgrades ??

Blogs belong to those with the username accounts that registered them and purchased the upgrades for them. You must contact the blog owner and have him or here post into this thread and instruct Staff to reassign the upgrades. As you do not have that information I tagged this thread for Staff assistance.

I have been unsuccessful in updating the credit card info, since I am not the original purchaser. I do not have password of username that purchased upgrade but would like to take over paying charges, since I am treasurer of organization.

Provided you are logged in under the username account that registered the blog under that username and also purchased the upgrades for the blog you ought to be able to update your credit card information on this page > Store > My Upgrades.
