<p>Please read these sections know that categories and tags can only be assigned to <a href="http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/">posts (not to pages)</a> and until there is a published post in a category there is no data to be displayed.</p>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Brand new to WordPress, and having difficulties....  First, how do I see what my pages look like after editing?  Second, how do I affect the links/tags/meta etc in my right column?  Want to give them names, and haven't a clue how to do it.  I named six categories and they don't show anywhere either?
