They would help the reader by giving quick links to further info and also gain your site more prominence in searches. Like you could link to the Yosemite official site in your latest post and other places. Google likes sites that link to others I believe.

Just a thought... But your site is highly readable anyway.

And yes, I agree that I have something in common with lafemmeroar - we both like to make light of life's experiences.

Most struggle to hit 50 per day whilst they get to grips with things.

I think that a lot of this is down to how often someone posts. I only post once per week usually, whereas others post every day. Clearly posting something of decent quality every day will increase traffic.

I wish I had the time. But then, I don't think that I could summon up a worthwhile post every day. I average 50 per day, which I think is solid for maybe 5 posts per month!

We can run other stats programs on on blogs provided they are non-Javascript. They are free third party programs and there is no connection to WordPress.com you simply set them up yourself. Do not trouble Staff with these please.

how do I get more traffic

Their search box is full of such threads just as ours is. That friend and the other mods think these are all posted for the same purpose ie. blog promotion.
