You can't. Embedding flash is not permitted on blogs hosted at wp.com

Second time:

You can't. use javascript either.

I don't know how to make that more clear.

If you search the forums, you'll find out why. This kind of questions have been asked several times, and all the given answers have been the same... the answer for yours won't be different.
