1. You can post a Facebook badge in your sidebar lined to your FB profile. http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/

2. You can use the Facebook like box widget in your sidebar for your FB page too. > Appearance > Widgets

3. You can also enable sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages.
Also note the “like” button. http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

4. You can have both Facebook like & share buttons on your posts.

When we first activate a theme a sidebar display appears but those aren't actually widgets. Simply go here > Appearance > Widgets and install the widgets of your choice. Then one at a time open them click "save" and "close". The main page in the support documents for sidebars and widgets. If you click any one of those links a page will open to display and description of them.
