That doesn't mean you can't have more than one image, though. Just put in the image as a regular image.

I know how to add a featured image to posts that I haven't marked as sticky, and I know how to add the large featured image to the posts that are sticky -- but I can't figure out how to enable my posts marked sticky to have both a large featured image at the top AND a small icon image next to the post itself.
Any help?
