If you are talking about adding HTML to an image caption or description, you can create the link in a draft post or page’s Visual Editor following these instructions http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/#creating-links and once the link is created, by switching to the HTML/Text Editor tab to copy and paste the resulting HTML code into the image caption or description area.

If you are talking about linking the image itself to something else, then follow the instructions here http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/#upload-images-from-your-computer and after the image is uploaded, select "Custom URL" from the "Link to" choices and paste the URL of the site you want to link to.

If you are talking about having an image with a link in your sidebar, use the Image widget. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/image-widget/

shahrukhsaifi000, WordPress allows you to share your posts with Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc... however you need to first go into the Sharing Settings of your blog and enable these.

Editing HTML to add sharing buttons is not recommended and (in most cases) isn't even supported if it involves any JavaScript
