1. top left-hand corner in box "Welcome back",
2. and the function to click is "Register another blog →".

Thanks a lot! I wouldn't have made it without you. I really wanted the name Globalian and thought I'd have to make Globalian-something or Something-globalian out of it. Thanks one more time.

Press that link and you are on your way.
