You can't put a RSS feed in a Page or Post as that is a favorite tool of Splogs (Spam Blogs) so it is not permitted here.

I think that's quite unfortunate that well-intentioned bloggers have to suffer from limited functionality because of the possibility of misuse by others. This RSS functionality should at least be one of the paid WordPress.com features, such as the WordPress Value Bundle or the Custom Design.

In my blog's dashboard I can go to Appearance -> Widgets and add the RSS widget to the sidebar.

What I would like to do is create a 'News' page and add the RSS widget to it the same way that I added it to the sidebar. However, I'm struggling to do this.

In my blog's sidebar, there are several RSS widgets each of which contain three news items. I would like to move these widgets to a 'News' page and have them display ten news items each in the main body of the page (not the sidebar).

Could anyone offer any suggestions here? If I can't use the RSS widget for this, what's the HTML code to do so? Thanks very much.
