If you are talking about the self-hosted site, and are using Jetpack, then your subscribers are in control of when and how they receive your post notifications.

Readers can manage and view all of the blogs and comment threads they are following on their Read Blogs page (if they have a WordPress.com account), or at subscribe.wordpress.com (if they don’t have any account but are following WordPress.com blogs).

If your question pertains to a free hosted WordPress.com blog like the one linked to your username then what you ask for is not possible. The post is published and instantly in the RSS Feed and sent to email subscribers and you cannot change that. Are you not aware of the "preview" setting? It's available on all draft posts and pages.

Hi! I was wondering how I can change the time (delay it a few hours) that the email is sent subscribers after I post new material. I have searched all around settings and have come up with nothing.

Right now if I hit publish, the email is sent immediately-- which doesn't allow for error or mistake. If I had a delay, I could remove/edit the post before it shows up in my loyal followers inboxes. Please help? Thank you!
