There is really nothing that can't be undone by cleaning up the Posts or Pages - deleting a blog because of some bad content or looks bad is a real bad way to try and fix things.

You can delete Posts and Pages by going into the editor and using the Bulk Edit feature at the top of the page to delete many pages at once.
