I got an embed code from Livestream so that I can run a video via WordPress and plugged into USERNAME. It said that it's not a valid short code.

All you need is the code below, paste that into your wordpress page and change the username to the one of your choice. You can also amend the size to what fits your page.

Its as simple as that. :)
