She has a WP account (we tried two, actually), and I've tried inviting her many times to be an administrator, but when she clicks the Accept button in the email, it takes her to a blank page. She has cleared the cache in her browser.
I need her to take over this blog, and am at a loss now. Note: She does NOT have her own WP blog.
