As far as I know you can use a subscribe by email Widget that your visitors can sign up for - just put it in the sidebar - remember that once a person has signed up for email they can't be removed by you.

You could also email them directly and send them a link to the new Post (I do that for my standard site sometimes when a new article might be useful to them)

Can they subscribe by email in some way? If so, how? And if not - how would I let them know, email them directly? I hope someone can help, this is doing my head in!
