Go to Appearance > Header and remove the header image. Then paste this in the Text widget:

In your case, you paste this in the Google search box:
site:wordpress.com "Theme: Blogum by WPShower"

To hide the blog title and tagline, go to Appearance > Widgets, add a Text widget, paste the following, save:

<div align="center" style="top:0;right:0;width:945px;height:125px;background-color:#fff;position:absolute;z-index:11;">
</div>

This will create a white strip in front of the title area.

If you don't like the resulting empty space, I can probably work out something more elaborate that will allow you to place the Header image higher.
