If you are an Admin then the original Admin who registered the blog can delete you from it.

Provided you are not the original username account that registered the blog and who is the original Admin of the blog you can leave a blog by first assigning another Admin and then transferring the blog to that username account. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account

I've tried doing this from the user panel from the blog (I'm an administrator) but there's no delete function.
