dashboard—>posts—>all posts—>choose which one you want to edit.

Or if you are logged in to wp.com and just reading your blog, you can click on a post-edit link.

If you want a post or page (or even a text widget) with a list of all of your posts, then use the archives shortcode:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/
That will allow you to see all of your posts in a long list.

The site linked to your username is also an empty site. You really should make it link to the blog you are using!

Go into your dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to 'Account Details'. In the spot where it says 'website' fill in the address of your blog and save the changes.
Now... when you comment here and on other blogs, your name will link to your blog. If you do this before you post your request for help, it will allow forum volunteers to be able to help you quicker since they won't have to ask you for a link and wait until you come back to post one.
