I've added new tags & categories, one or two of which I want to add to ALL my posts. For instance, the blog is all about Art and Creativity so makes sense to tag or categorize each post that way. However, three things:

1. I can't figure out how to do a "select all" to perform the bulk action (blush)
2. I haven't found how to nest several categories under a new parent as a bulk action.
3. Is there a way to have the same child categories under different parents?
I'm guessing the answer is "no" but hopeful there is a way around this.
