The long answer is, you can copy the entire thing including comments and then paste it into the Visual editor but it will not look exactly like a blog post, and the comments will show up in the actual content column instead of where the comments usually go.

Thank you in advance for your help. I was wondering if it was possible to change a blog page into a blog post so I can still have it on my blog but as a post versus a page and still keep the comments that are on it.

My blog is: http://jessicacaracciolo.wordpress.com and I want to make "Intuitive Moments" page a post if possible.
