A blog that is marked as Mature is excluded from public areas of the WordPress.com service. http://en.support.wordpress.com/mature-content/

But that doesn't mean Google and other search engines will not index your site. You will still get traffic from searches.

How will people find my blog if it is marked mature? It's not intended to be pornographic, but I do give honest sex advice and talk about sexual topics. Is that grounds for being marked mature?
