I tried running WordPress locally (as in making my computer my server) and it doesn't seem to work, so could someone please help? I once tried installing WordPress a while ago (year) but the same thing happened.

I am running Windows 7 64-bit with a more than powerful enough computer. I used this site: http://www.microsoft.com/web/downloads/platform.aspx to install all the behind the stuff things I needed, including the actual WordPress.
