			<description><![CDATA[<p>Note that linking to another site is generally fine, and if a link were to be against the TOS, it would be because of the <a href="http://en.wordpress.com/types-of-blogs/">type</a> of link.</p>
<p>Adding a link to another site is not a violation of the TOS. I think 1tess was just wondering about your team's reasoning behind needing a link like that and what type of link it is.
