I am not copy and pasting, I go to "new Post" then click "link" and then put in the URL, title, and description. If you go look now at the most recent post, this is what it has instead of the link:

This is the general link model:
<a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>
This is the result Highlighted anchor text here

Enter the anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link.

Or they will show up as the text codes with "title= the link" and the actual link.
