They have nothing to do with one another.

http://radbea5.wordpress.com/ is a WordPress.com account. Your other site is a WordPress.ORG site, and you can use your theme on that site just fine. You cannot use an external theme on a WordPress.COM account.

On top of that, I have a web host (webhostinghub.com) and domain (radbeards.com) and whenever I try to log into my admin panel, my account keeps getting rejected.
