That's the dashboard screen that should be displaying the Page Attributes module. If it isn't, you click Screen Options while on that screen (the page editor screen): each dashboard screen has different screen options.

However, I can't seem to find the 'Page Attributes' module as shown and explained in http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/oxygen/.

I'm currently stuck in the traditional blog layout. Could you please help me? Thanks.
