You might want to try adding these MX records to your Domain DNS settings:

MX 30 ASPMX4.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.
MX 30 ASPMX5.GOOGLEMAIL.COM.

I can send e-mail but I don't receive. I'm supposed to set-up some MX DNS? I don't even know what this stuff is, I'm going thru every tutorail possible and it just keeps leading me in circles.
