It's a holiday and Support Staff are not noteworthy for having a visible presence on these peer support forums on weekends or holidays.

I suggest purchasing a domain mapping upgrade to map from a .wordpress.com blog to an existing domain as that amounts to reliability and Staff support for it - forwarding doesn't.

Now, when I go to my wordpress blog url, I only see a "parked" domain for the forwaded domain and I can no longer see my blog. I am on a dealine and really need to talk to someone to see hwat happened and how to resolve. Do you have a customer service phone number?
