Yes, we can answer the question. No, we prefer not to. You say It is always easier to be bellicose, offended and critical, about something as tiny as caps lock rather than to be empathetic about someone trying to learn something. This attitude is a national disease.

I'm not a diagnostician, but I can say this is symptomatic of a disease: the disease of arrogance. For one thing, I believe I can identify at least four separate countries represented in the replies here. For another, it's actually more challenging to be humorously insulting than it is to be thoughtlessly ungrammatical.

Any of you could have pointed out to me how to revise my cap errors or tell me how to take it down and resubmit. But did you? How often do I come here for a question? Maybe every three months. So I made a mistake and dont know how to amend it because I am not fluent.
