As for your three WordPress.com sites, they should't interfere with your use of Jetpack at all. If you want to permanently delete them, you can do so from the admin dashboard of each blog, and you can get to each of them easily from here:

http://wordpress.com/#!/my-blogs/

As for http://www.taliferro.com/wordpress1/ , it's possible that you connected Jetpack while your site was under construction in a temporary directory. Can you please go to under Settings -> General Settings, and make sure that the "Site address (URL)" is set to

http://taliferro.com

If it is, or once you make the change, let m eknow and I'll check that everything is ok on our end.
