Apparently I need to go to Website Configuration to submit my ad banner codes.

No blogger initiated, 3rd party advertising is allowed here on WordPress.com. If you need this, then you should be looking to host your site elsewhere.

Dear Absurd Old Bird
I have just joined WordPress and I have been instructed to; click on dashboard, and then select Website Configuration - I don't see Website Configuration! Apparently I need to go to Website Configuration to submit my ad banner codes. Any suggestions? Vince Staples

These forums are predominantly staffed by volunteers. Staff help out when we can't (and they tend not to be here much at weekends, so if you do want help from them, you generally have to wait).

As for us - the volunteers - if nobody is around when you have posted a question who actually knows how to help you, we don't tend to respond. Again, you just have to be more patient.

Sorry, but that's just the way it is.

As for your questions, with the exception of your first one, which was in fact answered by one of our most experienced volunteeers, all the others seem to be complaints about not getting staff help.

So, if you would please explain, in detail, the problem you're having and what you want to achieve, maybe someone will be able to help you. Oh - and please subscribe to the topic so that you'll see when someone replies.

I can't put charts and text boxes on my new blogs. Can I PLEASE speak to a tech and not this amorphous "community" that never responds to me. Hello? Is anybody there? What do I have to do to be able to contact support. Do you want money? What? Tell me because I can no longer blog with you. Thanks.
