Unfortunately, we don't provide phone support at the moment, but we've written tons of documentation, and there are active community forums (where volunteers and Happiness Engineers come all the time) where you can get answers to your questions, as well as (most of the time) email support for users who have purchased upgrades. We try to answer questions as fast as we can, but response times can be slower around the weekends.

I looked at the thread again and your specific question was about canceling a bundle and a premium theme, and @timethief provided information on how to do that. It is a stock answer, to a question that comes up often, and it provides a short, accurate answer.

If you have other unanswered questions about WordPress.com that I missed from the thread, would you like to repost them? I'll be happy to assist you further with your blog via this forum thread.

Go to the footer of the blog linked to your username and locate this link and click it "Powered by WordPress" Note that WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate. http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

No one needs to call you at all. If you have purchase upgrades form WordPress.COM for a blog you failed to post the URL for into this thread then that will be verified here

When a domain is registered or altered, there is a process called propagation, where information about the domain name is passed to internet service providers all over the world. This process can take up to 72 hours (though usually much less). During that time, you may also receive a warning message in your browser about "redirect errors". Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your internet service provider updates their records. 3. I am not sure exactly what I purchased for that 99 dollars but as a nonprofit I cannot afford to throw money out the window.
I have a beautiful site I've created using iWeb and I thought I could upload it to my wordpress.com account but I am now finding out that is not the case. I need to be able to use something that is a little more user friendly and I am finding this site NOT to be that.

As for the domain, if we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can't guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use WordPress.com anymore, you don't have to cancel it.

Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.
