@silverbelle763: I'm sorry you've run into this issue. I see that you've deleted some previous image files, but I don't see a blavatar currently being uploaded. Could you please try again under Settings > General or via this direct link: https://ketterfamily.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-general.php - try uploading your picture under "Blog Picture / Icon" and let me know if you run into any issues. The red/green/blue/yellow are puzzle pieces. That's the new one. The squiggles are indeed letters, LPPL. That's the old one. I can't figure out why they are both still on there.

What is the new one supposed to look like?
It's odd because I can see a sort of red, green, blue and yellow thingy in my admin bar, but on the browser window (Safari) I see sort of greyish squiggles that might be letters.

I've changed that image. It says that it'll take a few hours to take effect but I changed it several days ago and the old one is still there. I even deleted the old one first....still nothing.

i need to change the icon that shows on the address bar of my page. It's our old logo and we've changed it. I updated the feature picture (I think that was what it was called) but the little icon to the right of the page's address is still the old logo.
