			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sorry to butt in on this with more questions, TT, but this is very interesting--do you mean even if I set the blog to private just for the minute it takes to publish a post, and then make it public right away, subscribers will not be notified???<br />
(backdated or not, I mean...actually I didn't know it was possible to back date posts!) Sometimes I have wanted to make a very mundane, brief note but I didnt want subscribers to get spammed with a "gone fishing, back soon" type of post... this sounds like a great workaround...
