You could use the Category page, if you happen to have a theme that shows no excerpts on the category page, but it won't open in a new window.

I want the index to open a new window when each recipe link is clicked....any help would be greatly appreciated. I have reado the archiving shortcode page numerous times and just cant figure out how to do it.
