(ie wordpress, phpnuke, phpbb, etc.) All you do if fill in some simple information fields like your contact email address and it will do everything for you.

Anything extra like additional themes or plugins you have to install yourself though.

As usual, your advice is right on the mark.

Some of the forum commentary about the technical maintenance challenges associated with using a host site seem a little intimidating. I had a conversation with Blue Host and came away feeling there would be little or nothing to do technically. I will followup with them.
