As mentioned above, ou purchased Custom Design on January 30, 2012 and it will expire January 30, 2013.

It's only "expiring" because you didn't enable auto-renew. In this case, it is expiring because it will expire on January 30, 2013.

If auto-renew were enabled, then it would not be expiring, because it would renew prior to expiration.

You did not enable auto-renew with your upgrade, which is why it's listed as "Expiring" (by January 30, 2013).
