I can't help you at all because that's not a free hosted WordPress.com blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for here.

WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and if that's the site you need help with then this is the correct forum for your software http://wordpress.ORG/support/ If you have not registered a WordPress.org username account yet you can do so on the top right hand corner of the page I just linked to so you can post to those support forums.

I'm not clear on exactly what you are asking because I cannot locate a Portfolio page on your blog. We cannot edit thee php or HTML it generates that underlies our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and that means we cannot edit templates.
http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

This is guide for creating links in blog posts and pages in case that's what you are looking for.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/
This is the general link model:

<a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>

Enter the anchor text you want to link to first.
Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
Next click the chain icon in the Visual editor and proceed to create the link.
