You, As the admin of your blog, can insert images into comments, so let your readers post links to their pictures wherever they are hosted online, then you could edit their comments to insert the image/images yourself. WordPress.com allows you and your readers to embed YouTube videos, tweets from Twitter, and PollDaddy polls directly into blog comments by simply adding a single URL into the comment text.
