if i understand right need to wait 60 days for new domain.

That timeframe is set by ICANN and it's for changing domain registrars. You do not need to change registrars if your do not want to. You can hire a web host, set up a WordPress.org install, upload the theme and plugins. Then you can import your content into it and re-point the nameservers to the new site.

If you’ve registered your domain through WordPress.com and now want it to point to a blog or website hosted elsewhere then you can do this by updating the nameservers.

I would like to know what can i do with my private theme i bought (its not theme from wordpress premium themes)? It's not possible to install the private theme i bought.On the other hand i can't transfer my domain i bought as part of wordpress bundle to another host because if i understand right need to wait 60 days for new domain.
What can be the solution for me.
