That's when I got similar mails from users saying "I can see start page, but somehow I can't access more, safari freezes".

It was disabled in appearances and they have made the appropriate fixes at their end.
Would you let me know what else we can do please. They can not see the word Home in our header either, nor can they see new comments.Would an administrator check out our blog please or give me more instructions.

Has this affected other things i.e., writing a blog and everything I have written disappears when I hit the space bar. I can't get it back, and it has happened multiple times. I have rebooted and cleaned cache, run a scan, so I don't think it is at my end.
