If you don't want to import all the content from blogger and still want it available to be read by visitors - then you are limited to a Post that has a "I have moved" - with a link to your new site at the top of your blogger blog - if you can use some sort of large type and such to make the last post more prominate it would also help

you can also make a few Posts at blogger with a note that you have moved and this is the latest Post at WordPress.COM with a link to the new Post here

so i have connections at blogger for my wordpress, like people who come to my blog but who are on blogger i follow them on blogger so i can find them. But i was wondering if you can perhaps add your wordpress domain as ur blogger publishing blog address (as it gives you the option to put your own custom domainin there in advance settings) ? I read and properly did the CNAME address for the blogger site onto my wordpress domain's DNS, but it won't allow me to put the A address and ip for blogger/google in wordpress (A records are for subdomains only. We reserve the mapped domain's A records.) but doing this is what lets me connect my naked domain to the www domain- which i need because in blogger the publishing blog address can't be a naked domain it has to have www of it. If i don't do this though people will be redirected from my blogger to http://www.wordpress.com and will get the error404 message. I really hope someone knows what I am talking about I know this sounds very confusing.,
